Visit of Contact group consisting of the representatives of the Science and Technology Center in Ukraine (UNTC), Kiev, Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Military Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology (Poland) 09-11.08.11.

From 9 to 11 August, 2011 in Simferopol (Ukrainian Anti-Plague station) the visit of Contact group consisting of the representatives of the Science and Technology Center in Ukraine (UNTC), Kiev, Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Military Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology (Poland), in connection with the beginning of project «Bio-safety and bio-security improvement at the Ukrainian Anti-Plague Station (UAPS) in Simferopol» within the framework of Acceding of the European union to the Ukrainian scientifically-technological center, Ifs/2010/ 254-942, took place.

The purpose of visit was determination of general questions and urgent measures in connection with the project implementation, discussion of working-plans.

During a visit, meeting of the Contact group with the representatives of Verkhovna Rada of AR Crimea, Council of Ministers of AR Crimea, Mayor of Simferopol was held for support of solution of issue with the land for building of the laboratory facility, as well as visit to the land site on Kubanskaya Str. that is preliminary concerted building area, and its examination.

Leaders of Verkhovna Rada stated the approval, emphasised on the importance of realization of this project exactly in Crimea as international area of the recreation, and outlined the strategy of isu solution of parcelling of land for building of the laboratory and its transmission to the public property.
